The countdown to PA Week has begun, and we're thrilled to invite you to join us in celebrating the remarkable contributions of the PA profession! Every year from October 6-12, we come together to recognize our profession’s invaluable impact on the nation’s health and proudly showcase our PA pride.
During this year’s celebration, we’re spreading the word that PAs Go Beyond – for their patients, their communities, and our healthcare system – and we need your help!
Every single one of us is a brand ambassador for the PA profession, and there’s no better time to tell the PA story than during PA Week. Visit now to access a wide range of resources. Download, print, and share within your workplace, your community, and your social networks before, during, and after PA Week. From informative flyers and fact sheets to engaging social media posts and eye-catching graphics and merchandise to show off your PA pride, there’s something here for everyone.
We too will be spreading the word: continuing to build awareness of the profession via a national PAs Go Beyond advertising campaign that starts mid-September and runs for a month. These efforts will be done in tandem with a robust media tour featuring myself, CEO Lisa Gables, and several state chapter leaders to tell our story based on the latest Harris poll dataThis media effort is expected to reach a total of more than 85 million impressions!
Be sure to follow along on social media as well. We’ll be celebrating PA Week with you across InstagramX (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn! We love seeing your creativity and passion, so be sure to use the hashtags #PAweek and #PAsGoBeyond.
This is also an opportunity to spotlight amazing PAs – like Kris HimmerickMichelle Petropoulos and Rob Knutson – who go beyond in unique and impactful ways every single day. Do you know a fellow PA who goes beyond? Tell us about them
There has never been a better time to be a PA: Our profession is growing rapidlyhighly trusted, and in demand. So, I invite you to save the date for PA Week and join me in declaring loudly and proudly that PAs Go Beyond!
